The book ‘The Issue of Divorce’ is English Translation of the book (طلاق کا مسئلہ). This book was compiled based on the explanations of the Shaikh Mohammad Abdul Qadeer Siddiqui (رحمة لله عليه) in his Tafseer-e-Siddiqui. The issue of Talaq has been misunderstood by many people. For instance, some people believe that the right of Divorce in Islam has been given only to men. This is not true as both men and women enjoy equal rights in all walks of life. Islam is a natural religion and treats individuals of both genders on par and in consideration of their socioeconomic responsibilities, clearly specifying the moralistic code of conduct for humanity. This is an interesting book recommended for reading by one and all.
