The book ‘Sublime Inspirations and Merciful Beneficences’ (Al-Fath Ar-Rabbani wo Al-Faidh Ar-Rahmani - الفتح الرباني والفيض الرحماني) contains 62 discourses by Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jeelani (رضئ اللہ تعالی عنہ) given in the guest house (ribat) and in his Madrasa in Baghdad over two years in Baghdad during 1150-51 CE. These discourses are longer than the discourses covered in his book Futuh al-Ghaib. It is reported that these discourses were attended by thousands of people and about 400 people used to write these discourses in each session. The discourses have been preserved in written format in Arabic for the past 1000 years. These have been rendered into English by Shaikh Mir Asedullah Quadri.
